We loved this hotel! It is located in a charming and beautiful area, high up on a steep hill. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service they provided was excellent. The hotel also offers a shuttle service and a welcome drink upon arrival, which added to the overall experience. We enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as the spa lounge. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, even staying up late to welcome us. The rooms were comfortable and had stunning views. The hotel also helped arrange our airport taxi, making our stay hassle-free. a wonderful experience and I would definitely return.

The pool and outdoor terraced area are both well-maintained, making for a relaxing place to hang out. On New Year's Eve, the hotel hosted a lively party with great music and delicious food, definitely one of the highlights of my stay.

While the location is convenient, it is quite far from the city's main attractions, so expect to spend some time and money getting around. The shared bathroom was not always cleaned regularly and could have been better maintained.

The staff was not very helpful or friendly, which made it difficult to navigate the area. There was also a mosquito problem that made it hard to enjoy the outdoor areas.

The view from this hotel is breathtaking. I enjoyed stargazing from the Jacuzzi on the deck and encountering beautiful creatures like flying parekeets. The staff were very helpful and let us shower after check-out. Also, it's located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, and Christ the Redeemer's train station within reach.
